Gyokuyō-wakashū

Gyokuyō-Wakashū ( jap. 玉葉和歌集 also: 玉葉集 Gyokuyōshū , dt about. Collection of Adamantine leaves ) is the 14th Waka - Anthology , by the already detached Tennō Fushimi given (1265-1317) commissioned and 1313-1314 has been completed. The compiler of the anthology was Kyōgoku Tamekane (1254-1332). The anthology comprises 20 maki (scrolls) with a total of 2801 waka. The title of the anthology is an allusion to the Kin'yō-wakashū .
