The Hägerhufe with 60 acres was an old field measure in Pomerania . One counted on a Hägerhufe

  • 1 hooves = 1 1/2 triple hooves = 2 land hooves = 3 priest hooves = 4 hooks

The 4 hooks (hooves), also known as Pommersch-Wendish hooves, were 18,000 Pomeranian square rods or quarter rods . The hook , hook hooves, was also used in Mecklenburg and Poland . In Pomerania the old field measure was

  • 1 hook = 4500 square rods = 15 acres (Pomeranian).

The Polish hook had 20 ancient culmic acres, which corresponded to 6,000 culmic square rods.
