Högklint
Högklint is a cliff top on the Swedish island of Gotland . It is located on the west coast, about seven kilometers southwest of Visby . Högklint, which is the most spectacular stretch of cliff coast on Gotland, is made of reef limestone, which is underlaid by layers of limestone and marl shale and rises 46 meters high almost vertically from the sea. Högklint and the surrounding area have been a nature reserve since the beginning of the 20th century . Högklint is also a Natura 2000 area .
Högklint is also named for the southern part of the village (Swedish småort ) Högklint och Nygårds .
