HOSE or SHOE is a variant of poker . Four variants are played in rotation one after the other. The name is derived from the acronym of the four poker variants:

H : Texas Hold'em
O : Omaha Hold'em
S : Seven Card Stud
E : Eight or better (Seven Card Stud high-low)

In the HORSE variant, the Razz variant is also played.
