HB Reavis is a group of companies developing real estate projects in Germany, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, Poland, Slovakia, Turkey and Hungary . Originally founded in Bratislava in 1993 , the company is now based in Luxembourg . HB Reavis not only develops projects, but also maintains and manages the objects in the real estate portfolio. The founder and majority shareholder of the group is the Slovak and Forbes dollar billionaire Ivan Chrenko , who also ran the business until 2013.

The completed projects include the Twin City Tower in Bratislava, the Aupark Shopping Center in Hradec Králové , the 33 Central in London , the Agora Budapest in Budapest and the West Station I-II office buildings in Warsaw .

In Germany, HB Reavis is developing the Dstrct project in Berlin at Landsberger Allee 104 opposite the Velodrom , which should be completed in 2021. It is part of the Alter Schlachthof development area and includes the renovation of the former pig slaughterhouses of the central cattle and slaughterhouse . In September 2019 HB Reavis announced that the Berlin internet service provider Strato will move its headquarters to the new building complex after completion. In Poland, HB Reavis is investing in the high-rise projects Varso Tower and Forest .
