Forest is a Warsaw office campus with a skyscraper under construction. The complex, which will consist of several buildings, is located in the city district of Wola on the border with the districts of Śródmieście and Żoliborz . The address is Ulica Burakowska 14 .

The name should take up the natural design of the facility. In addition to the buildings, the approximately two-hectare site will contain a large proportion of lawns and forest areas as well as an artificial pond (which will serve as an ice rink in winter). The high-rise is to reach a height of 120 meters, the lower buildings will contain six or eight above-ground floors. A total of 79,000 square meters of usable space is to be created, which will primarily be made available as office rental space. In addition, leasing to service providers such as restaurants or convenience shops is also planned. A characteristic feature of the building should be spacious balconies, loggias and terraces on the roofs. Mini greenhouses, shelters for birds and insects as well as a fitness studio with an outdoor running track are to be set up there.

Forest's investor is HB Reavis Poland; the design comes from the studio of HRA Architekci . In the vicinity is a located Rondo Zgrupowania AK "Radosław" with the Megamall Arkadia , the Maszt Wolności and Babka skyscraper .

Originally, the building site belonged to the municipal waste disposal company MPO - Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania , which sold it to the investor for 70 million złoty . As a result, MPO was criticized: the company had not tried to increase the value by obtaining a building permit for a high-rise building before selling the property.

In addition to 800 car parking spaces, Forest will also offer 260 bicycle parking spaces .
