The Babka Tower is a skyscraper in the Warsaw city ​​district Śródmieście . The tower was completed in 2001 (construction started in 1999) and was the first apartment building in Warsaw to reach a height of 100 meters. The name refers to the junction roundabout on which the building stands: the current Rondo Zgrupowania AK "Radosław" was called up to its renaming in 2011 Rondo Babka .

The skyscraper consists of two parts: a 10-storey rectangular, three-winged building block that forms an inner courtyard and the 28-storey tower on the north side. The roof height of the Babka Tower is 96 meters, the total height with superstructures is 105 meters. Until the completion of Łucka City in 2004, it was the tallest residential building in Warsaw. The total usable area is 68,937 square meters. The 10th floor is used to accommodate the building technology. In addition to the four-storey underground garage, there is also a swimming pool for residents in the building. The developers were the Warsaw real estate company WAN SA and Kielcer Echo Investment . The skyscraper was designed by the architects JEMS Architekci . It has 351 apartments, four penthouses and 675 parking spaces. The address is Aleja Jana Pawła II 80 . Maszt Wolności is 150 meters away in the roundabout ; opposite the Ulica Slominskiego (200 meters) the megamall Arkadia .
