1 Nowa Emilia ul. Emilii Plater Downtown 207 m - 2019 The furniture store Emilia stood on the property and was used as an exhibition space by the Museum of Modern Art from 2008 to 2016. The building was demolished in 2017.
2 Centralna Park Aleje Jerozolimskie / Aleja Jana Pawła II Wola 220 m ? 2022 In the summer of 2016 it became known from unofficial sources that the Polish Railways ( PKP SA ) had canceled the Centralna Park project. After the Law and Justice party won the election in October 2015, all management positions at PKP SA were filled. Since then, all ongoing construction projects have been checked again for profitability. Aleksandra Grzelak from the press department of the Polish Railways said that although the procedures had been stopped, the project itself was not. Everything will just be postponed.
