Buildings and Architecture

The project developer of the Mennica Legacy Tower is Golub GetHouse , the client is Mennica Polska . The Warsaw construction company Warbud was hired as the general contractor. The architectural design comes from the architecture office Goettsch Partners from Chicago . Architecturally, the high-rise is defined by subtle curves and the division of the facade as well as a fully glazed main lobby with a height of 13 meters. These elements should give the building lightness and dynamism.

The two-part ensemble consists of a 140-meter tower and a 36-meter-high building on the west side, in which furnished office space ( coworking ) is to be offered. The construction of the building foundation was complex. 1920 tons of steel and 12,000 cubic meters of concrete were used for its manufacture. 5700 concrete mixers delivered during the ten-month construction period .

The main use of the high-rise will be for renting office space (53,000 square meters), with retail and service space also being offered. The total usable area of both properties will be almost 66,000 square meters. There will be 20 elevators. The property meets the requirements of the international BREEAM environmental certificate. In the common basement area of the two buildings (there are four underground floors) there are 620 parking spaces for vehicles and 300 spaces for bicycles.
