Skyliner is a Warsaw office complex with a high-rise building under construction. It is located at the Rondo Daszyńskiego roundabout along Prosta Street in the Wola District . The building's earlier names were Spektrum Tower and Kaleidoscope Towers . The civil engineering work began in September 2017; the building should be completed by June 2020 [obsolete] .

The office building complex will have 94,000 square meters of usable space, 72,000 of which will be in the high-rise (43,000 square meters of which will be office space and 3000 square meters of shopping area). The tower with a height of 195 meters will have five underground and 45 above-ground floors. The building will have 428 underground parking spaces and 21 lifts. 500 bicycle parking spaces and a changing room for cyclists will also be created in the basement.

The real estate developer is Karimpol Polska , the project was delivered by the APA Wojciechowski architecture firm . For Karimpol it is the largest project ever realized. The construction company Warbud was hired as general contractor. Bank Pekao will finance the construction . The complex is to be completed in several stages. The high-rise will have a 15 meter high entrance lobby . A panoramic elevator will serve the top floors. At a height of 165 meters, the building will house a two-storey bar (“SkyBar”) on almost 800 square meters. The estimated cost of the complex is over 100 million euros.

Visually, the high-rise will be dominated by a 30 meter long glass wall on the roof, which will serve as a window to illuminate the building. The construction will be vaguely reminiscent of a mohawk haircut and will largely determine the panorama of the city.

Further high-rise office buildings are also currently being built on Rondo Daszyńskiego : The Warsaw Hub , Warsaw Unit and Generation Park . The Warsaw Spire is already 200 meters away (at Towarowa Street ) .
