Karimpol

Karimpol (today: Karimpol Group ) is a real estate company from Prague , Czech Republic . It was founded in 1991 and initially developed small and medium-sized commercial properties in Prague and the surrounding area. The 12-storey (above ground) B2Tower Prague was built by Karimpol.

In 1997 the company opened a branch in Warsaw . The Warsaw market became the focus of business activities. Karimpol Polska built large-scale office properties here, mainly along Aleje Jerozolimskie - such as Nimbus Office , Mistrals Offices and the Equator I , II , III , IV and V buildings . The Skyliner office high-rise, also under construction in Warsaw, is the company's largest project to date.

In 2002 the company invested in an industrial property near Bratislava ; in 2008 an office was opened in Sofia . Karimpol is involved in a joint venture company in Sarajevo and a real estate project in Russia. Further activities are carried out in Hungary, Austria and Luxembourg.
