Cosmopolitan Twarda 2/4
Cosmopolitan Twarda 2/4 , formerly also known as Shalom Tower , Twarda Tower or Hines Tower , is a high-rise luxury apartment building in downtown Warsaw . The completion took place in summer 2013.
history
In 2006 the architect Stefan Kuryłowicz was commissioned by the original investor, Fundacja Shalom , to design a high-rise building on Ulica Twarda 2/4 . Construction began in 2010. A short time later, due to financial difficulties of the foundation, Tacit Development took over the project (with the property) and commissioned the Hines company with the further development. A new draft was created by Helmut Jahn . Hines developed the project until 2011, since then the owner Tacit Development has been responsible for the completion himself. The construction company was Hochtief .

Since its completion, the Cosmopolitan Twarda 2/4 building with 44 floors and a height of 160 meters has been the second tallest apartment block in Warsaw (and the third tallest in Poland) after Orco's Złota 44 project .
The high-rise has 252 apartments with floor areas between 52 and 350 square meters; four penthouses were set up on the top floor . There are sales areas and a fitness club on the lower floors and 300 parking spaces in the basement. The total usable area is 32,000 square meters.
