Echo investment
Echo Investment SA is one of the largest Polish property developers . The company, based in Kielce, builds residential complexes, office properties and shopping centers. Echo Investment , founded in 1994, has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1996 . Around 150 objects have been realized across Poland since it was founded. In order to maximize the circulation of capital, the company always tries to sell its real estate quickly - usually already during (apartment sale) or shortly after completion (for commercial real estate). The main shareholder of Echo Investment has been real estate investor Griffin Real Estate since 2015 . Other international investors in the Echo Investment Group are Redefine , Oaktree Capital Management and Pimco .
The company's investments included the Babka Tower and Q22 skyscrapers in Warsaw as well as hotel buildings for chains such as Campanile , Ibis , Kyriad Prestige , Novotel , Premiere Class , Qubus in Gliwice , Kraków , Łódź , Poznań , Szczecin , Warsaw and Zabrze .
