The HK Dinamo Juniors (until 2013 HK Juniors Riga ) was a Latvian ice hockey club from Riga , which between 2011 and 2014 acted as a youth team of Dinamo Riga and took part in the Latvian ice hockey championship.
history
In 2011 Dinamo Riga founded another junior team for the second division of the Molodjoschnaja Chokkeinaja League in addition to HK Riga . This was called HK Juniors Riga and played between 2011 and 2013 in the MHL B and in the Latvian ice hockey league . In 2013, the team was withdrawn from the MHL B game operations in order to concentrate fully on the Latvian championship. In addition, the team took part in the first round of the IIHF Continental Cup 2013/14 because the Latvian champion from 2013, HK SMScredit , had decided not to participate.
In 2014 the club stopped playing.
