The HK Dmitrov ( Russian ХК Дмитров ) was an ice hockey club founded in 2002 in the Russian city of Dmitrov , which was dissolved in 2009 due to financial problems. The team belonged from 2005 to the second-rate Wysschaja Liga .
history
The association was founded in 2002. Initially, the team played in the lower-class Russian leagues . In the 2004/05 season, they were promoted to the second-rate Wysschaya League , which the team is based in until 2009. Due to financial problems, the professional team was dissolved in 2009. With HK Krylja Sowetow Dmitrov , the city received a team from the MHL in 2010, the country's highest junior division.
