The HK Jedinstvo is a hockey club from the Croatian capital Zagreb . In 1948 five friends formed a hockey team, which in 1949 joined the SK Jedinstvo. The club, which plays in red, black and yellow, is one of the most successful in Croatian men's hockey. The square with artificial turf is located in the Trešnjevka district around 2.5 km southwest of the old town. Jedinstvo took part in the European field hockey cup 22 times between 1978 and 2004, including 12 in national championships and ten in cup winners' tournaments . Most of the time the club played in the third-rate challenge (17 ×). The best placement resulted from the first appearance at European level in 1978 with tenth place in the then one-class national championship cup.
