HLB International
HLB International Ltd. (HLB) is a worldwide association of independent auditing and tax consulting companies founded in 1969 . The network comprises 600 offices in 130 countries and has 1,900 partners and 17,000 employees.
In 2008 HLB was accepted as a member of the Forum of Firms , which also includes the Big Four .
Germany
In 1972, medium-sized auditing and tax consulting companies in Germany joined the HLB network. It is composed of 21 member companies with 35 offices and a total of 1829 employees (as of 2019). The network is organized under the umbrella organization HLB Deutschland GmbH based in Düsseldorf and is one of the top 10 international auditing networks.
The locations of the German HLB member companies are Augsburg, Berlin, Bielefeld, Bremen, Dortmund, Duisburg, Düsseldorf, Erfurt, Flensburg, Frankfurt, Gießen, Grünwald near Munich, Hamburg, Hanover, Koblenz, Cologne, Leipzig, Lörrach, Ludwigshafen, Mönchengladbach, Munich, Münster, Nuremberg, Oldenburg, Osnabrück, Saarbrücken and Wuppertal.

HLBI is named after the three of the five founding companies Hodgson Harris, GB (successors to Mann Judd (GB), Mann Judd Landau (USA) and Brands & Wolff (NL)).
