Ha'ir

Ha'ir ( Hebrew : The City , העיר) is a local weekly newspaper belonging to the Haaretz group and published in Tel-Aviv . The newspaper has been published since October 1980. Until April 2005, the newspaper was paid for. After major restructuring at the owner Schocken Publishing House Ltd , Ha'ir is distributed free of charge.

Ha'ir appears weekly on Thursdays and is distributed in the greater Tel-Aviv area through newspaper kiosks .

A side dish in Ha'ir is Achbar Ha'ir ( Hebrew : city-mouse , עכבר העיר), a Tel Aviv restaurant and nightlife guide.
