Hafif Metro Istanbul
'Hafif Metro' (German: Stadtbahn ) refers to two rail-bound urban transport lines in Istanbul that connect the north-western and western parts of the city on the European side of the city, including Ataturk Airport .
These are the M1 subway line , which is part of the Istanbul Metro , and the T4 light rail line , which is constructed similarly to the subway, but which is officially classified as 'Tramvay' (German: tram).
