Hagen Tschoeltsch

Hagen Tschoeltsch (born February 26, 1941 in Breslau ) is a German politician of the FDP .

education and profession

Hagen Tschoeltsch attended elementary school and high school. He obtained the secondary school leaving certificate in 1958 and the technical college entrance qualification in 1960. He completed an electrical installation apprenticeship in 1961 with the journeyman's examination. He graduated from engineering school specializing in electrical engineering in 1965 with the engineering exam. From 1965 to 1970 Tschoeltsch worked as an electrical engineer in Frankfurt. From 1970 to 1980 was the managing director in Neunkirchen. 1980 to 1989 he worked as a consulting engineer with his own engineering office in Neunkirchen. From 1980 he was a managing partner in Neunkirchen-Vluyn.

Hagen Tschoeltsch has been a member of the FDP since 1974. From 1975 to 1979 he was local chairman of the FDP in Neunkirchen and from 1979 to 1982 deputy district chairman of the FDP in Siegen. In 1982 he became district chairman of Westphalia-West and a member of the state executive committee of the FDP NRW . Tschoeltsch was deputy state chairman of the FDP NRW from December 1994 to April 1996. From 1975 to 1985 he acted as parliamentary group leader of the FDP in the Siegen-Wittgenstein district assembly.

From May 30, 1985 to May 31, 1995, Hagen Tschoeltsch was a member of the tenth and eleventh state parliaments of North Rhine-Westphalia , which he entered via the state list. From 1988 to 1995 he acted as parliamentary manager of the FDP parliamentary group.

From 1983 to 1987 Hagen Tschoeltsch was honorary chairman of the Friedrich Harkort Foundation. He is a member of the Keppel Monastery Board of Trustees .
