Hailing

Hailing ( Chinese  海陵区 , Pinyin Hǎilíng Qū ) is a Chinese district of the prefecture-level city of Taizhou in the province of Jiangsu . It has an area of ​​210 km² and has about 430,000 inhabitants (2004). It is the seat of government in Taizhou.
