Voice dialogue

Identity Psychology ( Psychology of Selves ) is Hal and Sidra Stone's theoretical approach to the Voice Dialogue method . The method simulates how one's own personality (one's own "I") develops and interacts in relation to others. Personality gets its definition from consciousness . According to identity psychology, human consciousness consists of three parts:

  • Awareness
  • the experience of the selves
  • a conscious ego.
