The venue is largely surrounded by a green wall. A strip of glass elements stretches across the roof; he lets daylight into the hall. In the hall are u. a. Changing rooms for players, coaches, referees and performing artists are available. There are also medical rooms, a fitness studio, a sauna, a restaurant, a press center and conference rooms. The hall is illuminated with an illuminance of 2,800 lux ; this enables broadcasts on high definition television . There are 450 parking spaces for cars and 10 for buses in front of the hall.
The first sporting event in the new building was a basketball game of the Euroleague Women between Lotos Gdynia and Fenerbahçe Istanbul on January 30, 2009.
