The house Halberstädter Straße 92 is a listed building in the Magdeburg district of Sudenburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the north side of Halberstädter Straße. Immediately to the east is the also listed building at Halberstädter Straße 90 .

Architecture and history

The four-story building with a mezzanine was built in the late 19th century in the neo-renaissance style . The brick-faced, four-axis facade is decorated with diamond bands made of dark bricks. The windows are framed by strong bossing . The extreme right window axis protrudes slightly and originally had a crown.

In connection with the surrounding development from around 1900, the house is considered to be significant in terms of urban development.

In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is listed under registration number 094 81978 as a monument .
