Semiconductor circuit technology

Semiconductor circuit technology is a branch of semiconductor electronics and circuit technology that deals with the design and development of electronic circuits with semiconductor components, mostly transistor circuits. This technology differs from general electronics insofar as the focus here is on the design of integrated circuits and the technological features of the components must be taken into account in the design.
