Halcones de Saltillo

Club de Fútbol Halcones de Saltillo is a former football club from Saltillo , the capital of the Mexican state of Coahuila .

history

The Halcones were the first club in the city to be represented in professional football , even if his stay in the Segunda División, which was still second-rate at the time, was limited to two seasons (1974/75 and 1975/76). Because after only two years of membership in the second division, the club sold its license to the Jaguares de Colima .

The no longer existing club is neither related nor identical to the Halcones de Saltillo , later founded under the same name , which were last represented in Group XIII of the fourth-class Tercera División in the 2010/11 season .
