Neck Order

The Osmani Order, Second Class with Collar, was an Imperial Ottoman military and civil order of merit.
Medals that are worn on the neck are also known as neck medals .
In general, traditional orders have different classes:
- The lower classes are worn “on the chest”, either as
- " Medal " (usually the lowest level) or
- Cross "on ribbon" (second lowest level - traditionally: Knight's Cross ) or as
- Plug cross (traditionally: officer's cross ).
- The upper classes, on the other hand, are worn on the neck and are called neck medals.
