history
Released July 3, 1989, the pop rock song became a number one hit in the United States, Great Britain and Ireland .
There are two different mixed versions of the song: the original album version, which contains a keyboard solo, and the better known remix version, which is often found on compilations. This contains a guitar solo and more instrumentation.
The song could be heard in the movie Joy Stick Heroes and in the episode The Universe Record from the Regular Show .
Music video
In the music video, the band performs the song live in front of a cheering audience and dance breakdancing in the interludes.
