Hans Muff learned to play the clarinet during his school days and played in the Menznau field music.

In 1967 he founded his own Ländlerkapelle , which has been called Kapelle Hans & Claudia Muff since 1998 and which is in the concert style of Central Switzerland . Hans Muff was accompanied on the accordion by his daughter Claudia . The traditional, but also adventurous Kapellmeister could look back on many successes.
