The Hangzhou Dragon Stadium is a stadium in the city of Hangzhou in the People's Republic of China .
It is only 35 kilometers from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport and has a capacity of 51,139 seats, 850 VIP seats, 570 cabins for officials and 400 journalists' seats. The stadium is located near the Westsee .
In 2007, games of the women's soccer world championship were played here.
There are numerous clubs and discos around the stadium, the surrounding area is particularly popular with western tourists as an entertainment district.
It is the home stadium of Zhejiang Lucheng .
