Hanns Fleischer
Hanns Fleischer (born November 8, 1890 in Falkenstein , † April 28, 1969 in Leipzig ) was a German opera singer ( tenor ).
Life
Fleischer came from the Upper Palatinate and became a well-known representative of the Buffo field.
He was the older brother of Edytha Fleischer and from 1924 worked as a tenor buffo at the New Theater in Leipzig. He also appeared at the Old Theater and made several successful guest appearances at home and abroad. a. in Buenos Aires. His active period of activity ended with the end of the Second World War.
During his studies in 1910 he became a member of the Arion Leipzig singers .
