Hans-Dietrich Rzadtki (* 1957 ) has been President of the Hamburg Local Court since 2009 and, as such, the superior of the employees of all other Hamburg local courts.

Hans-Dietrich Rzadtki joined the Hamburg judicial service in 1988. From April 1989 he worked as a consultant in the State Judicial Examination Office. In March 1991 he was appointed judge at the district court. At the Hamburg-Altona District Court he was appointed as a civil and guardianship judge until the end of 1995 and from January 1996 mainly performed tasks in the presidential area of ​​the Hamburg District Court. In the meantime, at the beginning of 2000, he was seconded to the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court for six months. In February 2003 Rzadtki became the first director of the newly established Hamburg-St. Georg appointed.

Rzadtki was elected on January 14, 2009 by the judges' election committee to succeed Heiko Raabe and appointed on January 30, 2009. He was the candidate favored by Justice Senator Till Steffen .
