Hans-Jürgen Dörner (lawyer)

Hans-Jürgen Dörner (born September 9, 1944 in Celle ) is a German lawyer, former Vice President of the Federal Labor Court and author of specialist literature.

Life

Dörner was transferred to the Lower Saxony Regional Labor Court on February 28, 1986 and appointed judge at the Federal Labor Court. From July 1996 until September 30, 2009 he was presiding judge of the Seventh Senate there. His successor in this position has been Wolfgang Linsenmaier since October 1, 2009. Dörner was Vice President of the Federal Labor Court from September 1, 2002 to September 30, 2009. He has been retired since October 2009.
