Hans-Joachim Rathke

Hans-Joachim Rathke (born March 6, 1907 ) was a German civil servant .

Career

Rathke was president of the federal monopoly administration for spirits in Offenbach from 1965 . Before that, he was chief administrative director and first managing director of the recovery agency of the federal monopoly administration.
