Hans Huebner is a German Brigadier General a. D.

Live and act

As a colonel, Hans Hübner was the commander of the 3rd Panzer Brigade from 1990 to 1992 . As Brigadier General he was the first chairman of the Multinational Advisory Group of the Regional Arms Control Verification and Implementation Assistance Center (RACVIAC) and from 1999 to 2003 commander of the Center for Verification Tasks of the Bundeswehr in Geilenkirchen.

From 2004 to 2008 he led seminars on dialogue with Russian staff officers on behalf of the Science and Politics Foundation .

Awards

• 2003: Order of the Croatian Trefoil (Croatian Peace Medal) for his work in the RACVIAC
