Hans Schmid (politician, 1889)
Hans Schmid (born August 31, 1889 in Gonobitz ; † September 20, 1979 ) was Mayor of Graz from 1934 to 1938 .
Hans Schmid was chairman of the Styrian Christian Social Teachers Association and member of the ÖVP . In 1934 he was entrusted with the post of mayor of Graz by the Fatherland Front . From 1949 to 1957 he was financial advisor, from April 1953 to May 1958 city councilor in Graz.
He is buried in the St. Leonhard Cemetery in Graz .
