Tamara's Open Party

Tamara's Open Partij (TOP, Tamaras Open Party) is a small Dutch party founded in 2006 by Tamara Bergfeld. She ran in the parliamentary elections of 2006 with Bergfeld as the only candidate, and only in the constituency of Haarlem . With 114 votes, the party achieved the worst result of all participating parties and could not move into the Dutch lower house .

Bergfeld does not see her party as a left or right party. She cites the fight against poverty and discrimination as central issues. Bergfeld also advocates the abolition of the euro and the obligation of immigrants to learn Dutch . Furthermore, investments should be made in education and energy consumption should be reduced.
