Hans Werner Müller is a German politician ( Die Republikaner , 50Plus Das Generation-Bündnis ).

Hans Werner Müller was a member of the SPD and until 1978 ministerial director and head of the domestic department in the Federal Press Office . At the end of the 1980s he became a member of the Berlin regional association of the REP . The Berlin state chairman, Carsten Pagel , who was elected after massive conflicts, had to give up his office after the lost election to the Berlin House of Representatives in 1990 and Müller was the state chairman of Berlin from 1991 to 1999, at the same time he was temporarily deputy federal chairman of this party. In 1999 he ran unsuccessfully for the Berlin House of Representatives as the top candidate of the REP . Five years later he founded the 50Plus party and ran as its top candidate in the state elections in Brandenburg in 2004 , whereby his party clearly failed to make it into the state parliament.
