Hans Zimmermann (Carnivalist)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hans Zimmermann (* October 16, 1920 , † December 10, 1994 ) became known alongside Hans Süper as Colonia Duett , which consisted of this line-up from 1974 to 1990.

Grave in the Pesch cemetery

Zimmermann always performed with his guitar and was repeatedly referred to as "egg" by his partner Süper, which originally referred to his balding head. The balding problem was also part of an appearance. Characteristic for the appearances as "carpenter" were the sometimes quite rough jokes, which were mostly at his expense. His appearances at the Cologne Carnival consisted of a variety of songs together and the double concerts with Hans Süper.

His grave is in the cemetery in Cologne-Pesch (grave number 376 D).
