The house at Happelstraße 51 is a listed building in Heilbronn .

description

The three-and-a-half-storey building in exposed brickwork was built between 1904 and 1905 as a workers' house by master carpenter Ernst Nahm according to the plans of the architect Schulz from Heilbronn. The alternating design of the windows is remarkable. So alternating triplet and twin windows can be seen on the facade.

history

In 1950 the building belonged to the Scheiner Gottlieb Brändle and the widow Friederike Frenz. Otto Brändle ran a carpenter's workshop in building 51/1. In 1961 the main house was owned by Otto Brändle, who still had his carpentry shop in the annex, and Richard Frenz.
