The house at Happelstraße 53 is a listed building in Heilbronn .

The workers' house was built according to plans by the architect Schulz from Heilbronn. The building has three and a half floors and was finished in exposed brickwork in 1904/05.

history

In 1950 the building belonged to the widow Sofie Merkt. In 1961 it belonged to her heirs.
