Happy Turn ( Japaneseハ ッ ピ ー タ ー ン) is the brand name of a Japanese food product. These are rice biscuits made by the Japanese company Kameda Seika .
History of the product
Happy Turn has been sold in Japan since 1976 . The name of the product has the meaning of a congratulation to the customer.
Happy Turn is now available in numerous flavors, including: cheese, vanilla salt, hinyari ( erythritol ) and yuzukoshō . Since 2013 the product has been offered in the flavors “ maple sugar ”, “raspberry”, “ camembert ”, “wasanbon” and “kokuto” in HAPPY Turns.
Happy powder
"Happy Powder" is a spice that consists of sugar, salt, amino acids and hydrolysis protein. It tastes salty and sweet. Classic rice biscuits are seasoned with soy sauce, whereas Happy Turn is a powder that is tailored to a European taste profile.
