Harald Michel

Harald Jürgen Michel (born April 13, 1949 in Neustadt an der Orla ; † April 11, 2017 there ) was a German politician ( CDU ).

On November 13, 2003, the graduate teacher Michel succeeded Jörg Kallenbach in the Thuringian state parliament, to which he belonged until the end of the legislative period in June 2004. There he was a member of the Committee on Economy, Labor and Structural Policy, the Committee on Science, Research and Art, and the Budget and Finance Committee. He was also a member of the investigation committee 3/2 "Management of the Thuringian Road Maintenance and Maintenance Company mbH (TSI), supervisory activity of the state government over the management of the TSI and effectiveness of the TSI".
