Harald Preuss (born October 23, 1968 ) is a former German soccer player and coach.
career
He started his career at VfB Marburg, from where he moved to the top division club Eintracht Haiger in 1989 . In the summer of 1991 he moved to VfB Stuttgart . The team became German champions, but Preuss did not play a game due to many injuries in their first year as a professional.
After Preuss could not prevail in the following year, he joined the second division club SV Waldhof Mannheim , for which he played 27 games and scored one goal. After leaving Mannheim after the 1994/95 season, he played for the Hessian league clubs VfB Gießen , FC Ederbergland , FSV Braunfels and VfB Marburg . His last position was in the 2006/07 season as a player-coach and until 2009 as the main coach in Braunfels. In 2009 he switched to VFB Wetter as a trainer, with whom he was promoted to the Association League Middle in the 2011/12 season. In 2015 he was in charge of the Hessen division FC Ederbergland and from 2016 the group division SV Bauerbach. From the 2017/18 season he will be active as a coach at the regional upper division club SG Aartal.
