Hardy Neumann Soto

Hardy Alberto Neumann Soto (* 1963 in Talagante ) is a Chilean philosopher .

Life

From 1980 to 1984 studied philosophy and education at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso . After receiving his doctorate in 2004 as Dr. phil. in philosophy at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg , he has been Professor of Philosophy at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso since 2008 .

His research areas are pre-Socratic philosophy, philosophy of the Classical Greek Period, philosophy of the early modern period, reflexive idealism, transcendental idealism, reflexive phenomenology and hermeneutic phenomenology.
