The Harpoon Point ( English for Polish Przylądek Harpun , Harpunenkap ' ) is a small cape on the south coast of King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It lies at the southwest end of the Keller Peninsula and borders the Mackellar Inlet , a side bay of Admiralty Bay .
Polish scientists named it in 1980 after a whale harpoon found here .
