Haruka ( Japanese 遼 花 -haruka- ; born November 12, 1988 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a Japanese singer-songwriter and guitarist.

Born and raised in Tokyo, she began listening to rock music in middle school and decided to become a musician. At that time still under contract with Pony Canyon , she released her first single Mune ni Kibō o in 2008 . The song was used as the theme music in the anime Blue Dragon . In March 2008 she released her second single Kimi no Mikata . After some conflict and disagreement with her record company regarding her musical style and the way she wrote her songs, she decided to terminate the contract with the record company. After a five-year hiatus, she returned to the music industry in 2013, this time under her own label "Club Disorder", and released a mini-album entitled Hymns to My Soul. On October 29, 2014, their first album "Anthems" was also released. Having lived in Australia for several years as a child, she is fluent in English. She also speaks French and has already held several interviews in this language. In October 2014 she had her first concert at the Expo Mondocon in Budapest , Hungary. About 2000 people came to watch their performance live.

Before she released her first single Mune ni Kibō o at the age of 19, she worked as a songwriter at the age of 16. She wrote the lyrics for two songs of the first single by Aina , also a Japanese singer.
