Hasan Kâmil Sporel (* 1894 in Istanbul ; † 1968 ) was a Turkish football player and manager .
Career
Sporel began playing soccer as a student at Galatasaray High School . He then moved to rival Fenerbahçe in 1911 . In 1914 he studied in the United States and played there on the university team; he received the nickname Dardanelle there because of his abilities in defense, based on the Battle of Gallipoli . In the first game of the Turkish national team in 1923 against Romania he was on the starting line-up and was captain. After returning to Turkey, Sporel played at Fenerbahçe until the end of his career. After retiring, he was President of Fenerbahçe from 1960 to 1961.

Sporel became the first Fenerbahçe player to score against arch-rivals Galatasaray .
