Haunreit
Haunreit is a hamlet in the Upper Bavarian district of Altötting . It is located at the mouth of the Türkenbach in the Inn , southeast of the parish village of Stammham , of which it is a district.
history
Hawnrewter was first mentioned in a document in the ducal Bavarian land register of the offices and castles of the Duchy of Lower Bavaria (around 1435). However, the place name, a clearing settlement founded by a Huno , indicates a significantly older settlement.
Haunreit was a noble estate. This was responsible for the care of the ferry traffic across the Inn.
