The Capital Museum ( Chinese  首都 博物館  /  首都 博物馆 , Pinyin Shŏudū Bówùguăn ) is located in the Chinese capital Beijing and is one of the largest art museums in the country. Admission is free after a telephone or online agreement.

The museum's collection contains more than 200,000 objects that were acquired in the first lines from the local archaeological excavations. Only 5622 pieces are on display.
